Suede CivIII nice I had actually been meaning to suggest you a sister-city challenge for a while where you would only be allowed to only plant two cities until AD and no conquest - abandoning and resettle would be allowed. Would be interesting how it will affect the early phase where you normally have your expansion phase. Would you use outposts and maximize your borders? What difficulty would you be able handle. Anyway thanks for the great content, love to see your channel growing!
@@ulle85 OCC is a pretty common thing on forums, I even tried recording it once, and I didn't do it because it's kind of a pain to watch. You need to be really active militarily. Outposts don't really do much (I do use them in multiplayer though). The AI will plant all over you. The normal rules don't apply, they'll plant next to your borders if the only reason a piece of land is in your borders is because your culture is so high.
Suede CivIII thanks was however thinking two cities WITHOUT conquest :-) I guess you would have to play a fairly small map / land area in order to compete with the ai and really make the most of each tile with the cities optimally spaced. Maybe hope for really fertile land and rush for Shakespeare theater? :-D
That's actually standard play on higher difficulties. It wouldn't be much of a challenge, it would just prevent me from closing out the game easily when I get pull ahead.
@@suedeciviii7142 In this you won't be able to reaserch Writing and then philosophy and after that you can't build GL in higher difficulty. And to make it more challenging no early conquest. You fight after Medival Era. (you can defend but don't take any enemy city at that time make peace ASAP)
I like how normally the comments on my videos are detailed questions about civ 3, or what I'm doing.
And here people are just saying "lol good luck"
Cuz it's actually required lmao
lol good luck
:D
Good luck lol
Just discovered the channel. Thank you very much for sharing all this
This video series was exhausting but I'm glad it's here, there's some cool stuff in it.
Suede out here pushing the boundaries of civ lmao

Now this is a challenge I can get behind.
I just found this channel and it brings back memories when im addicted to this game.
This man really out here making civ 3 vids.
its called fun, he doesn't do it for the money
Watched the full video and I loved it! Your commentary is simply amazing bro! Keep the incredible work you are doing!
Thanks!
This’ll be interesting :D
I’m thanking in advance!
A great challenge playing with one arm tied behind your back, figuratively.
I'm loving the increase in foul language in these more recent videos.
TRUUUUUUUUUUUUU
pro trick: watch series at kaldrostream. Been using them for watching lots of of movies recently.
@Garrett Lachlan yea, I've been watching on Kaldrostream for years myself :)
@Garrett Lachlan Definitely, have been using kaldroStream for since november myself :D
Ah yes... The old saying "No roads lead to Pain."
That is rough with no roads! Good challenge.
Next must be "civ III with out units"
I honestly considered a no settling challenge. Capital included. I have to pop a warrior from a hut and capture a city.
It's next on my list.
😳

You are an absolute mad lad
Civ 3: Ancapistan
The roads are privately owned toll roads that my units are too broke to afford 😂
You are good at this game
Oh frick! That’s impossible!
S U E D E
you madlad
I think that it would be fair if you colonize a resource and then plant next to it to get the access to the res.
crazy stuff haha
Wow this could get bad 😂
What about civ 3 without researching any tech. Just trade
