Genuine long critique here... This movie is a solid 8/10 for me. I very much enjoyed watching the full 4 hours of it, though there are several parts that I felt could have changed or been removed entirely. Let's start from the beginning (Spoilers): Starting off, yes there was too much yapping. Many lines were repeated over and over again, even if it was just to remind us how many more oak logs or cobblestone he needed. Another person mentioned some parts broke immersion such as pressing f7 or constantly referring to this as a game. There were multiple Deus Ex Machinas that took place, though the Emperor saving Joofy by pointing his determination seems like something he'd do. So I can let that one slide. When Joofy was exiled, he was told there was no coming back and he'd die there. But there were invisible barrier blocks that easily helped him get back into society. The pros and titans were shocked. Shouldn't they know about the barrier blocks? Who put those blocks there? The fact this was never explained seems odd and feels like wasted potential. The biggest thing that bothered me was Joofy's mindset throughout this story. He seems more evil and corrupt than anyone else, including the Emperor. Joofy made himself judge, jury and executioner. He refuses to kill noobs, but he's more than willing to kill pros and titans, so much to the point that he celebrates each kill. He justifies it by claiming "they killed so many noobs". I'll admit, the titans probably deserved to die. But the pros were doing their jobs. They had to kill noobs otherwise they themselves will die too. Yes, some pros seemed to like it, but remember that Joofy liked the idea of killing pros and titans. Murder is common throughout this story, and it seems that everybody had a hand in it and enjoyed it to an extent, including our protagonist. Another major issue is how much pros and titans were willing to trust Joofy despite him making his intentions clear and constantly repeating mistakes. Even the Emperor trusting him in the end and was shocked by his revolution makes no sense, because Joofy was a terrible liar throughout the story and watching him for 10 seconds shows he has no intentions to follow the rules and wants justice for noobs. A few scenes also didn't go as planned. There was no explanation for how CoolNeighbor got all those blocks for the build competition. If it's supposed to imply the Emperor rigged it for him, then why wasn't he surprised that Joofy won in the end? Why didn't he rig it further to make CoolNeighbor win the PvP? Another thing, near the end, before executing the girl, the lead Titan asks if the council is in agreement of his decision. He immediately concludes they are in agreement. There was barely a millisecond, nobody said anything or even nodded. What I also don't understand is the cobblestone check. After escaping his exile, Joofy doesn't bother to get a stack of cobblestone. He just proceeds to collect wood to bridge to the tower. That was reckless, and also impossible considering how many blocks he needed, yet somehow he made it before the next day? The responsible thing to have done is complete a stack, then mine extra to prepare for the bridge. Give a stack each day while saving more in a chest until you have enough to bridge. This also goes for when Joofy became a pro. Instead of lying about how much cobblestone he had, he should have mined his own before the check when nobody's looking. If he could at least mine a stack or two during his free time without being seen, he could donate his own cobblestone and pretend the noobs gave it to him. This would work as when he submitted a half-stack, he said it was leftover from him building, and the titan accepted it. For the finale, I feel the Emperor's new world was just... lackluster. It was underwhelming. It's just a flat world with trees. And it's not even that big. The whole thing could fit within his render distance. That was honestly kind of disappointing considering he was able to recreate the original world in the arena. It was filled with mountains, caves and water, and it was honestly such a cool scene. So you'd imagine his new world would be that but on a grander scale. It wasn't. Also, how was the cactus useful in any way? He didn't even use any cacti in his new world. That was confusing. IN CONCLUSION... this story has flaws, but it's still great. Even though I wasn't fond of Joofy because of his dangerous mindset, I still ended up rooting for him in the end. Even with the yapping that I feel could be toned down HEAVILY, this movie was engaging and I'll admit I watched every second of it. The parkour scenes were absolutely tense to watch, and I'm so happy there were no cuts involved and we got to see the raw footage of Joofy actually completing the parkour like a pro. I appreciate that detail as it brought back the immersion. The revolution was cool and it was great to see the pros finally understand the truth and help the noobs overtake the titans and the emperor. Despite all the cliches, this story still felt new. There's something all these Minecraft civilization videos have in common, and that's the main idea of taking a part of the base game and expanding upon it with levels and a society based around it. But what separates all of them is the plot and endgame. I'm glad this didn't feel too generic, and it wasn't too predictable at least with what the endgame would be. I'm happy with this movie. Props to everyone involved, this really was wonderful, even with all the errors I've seen. However, as a final note, there is one unforgivable sin in this movie that made me angry. Grox didn't say "Aight bet" when collecting cobblestone, and didn't say "Ayo chill" when he was getting killed. How dare you. I'm outraged but it's still a good movie lol
You forgot to mention that after Chaz gets killed by CoolNeighbor and later his island is revisited, he's back there like nothing happened and now has a girlfriend.
And the guy who have 6 and 4 cobble,wouldn't the titan know somebody didn't give enough cobblestone since they monitor it? And he needs to note down how much every pro gives yet didn't ask on the 2nd time?
Enough with the criticism we should just genuinely be grateful for this 4 hour movie i really loved this and its nice that there were no cuts and for the mistakes joofy made it doesn't really matter why waste ur time focusing on the mistakes when there is 4 hours of this masterpiece
My main criticism for this video were some story parts that broke my immersion. For example, when he said something along the lines of "in this game", also with a tone as if treating his life as a game, made me question why was he even scared of himself dying or even the seriousness of people dying if this was just a game? Especially with the whole "pressing F7" to open the level menu, which implied that he was not truly living inside this Skyblock Civilization story setting as a living being with fears and dreams, and was just playing a game with a keyboard and a mouse.
That's just JoofyLooby's style. I think it's a little hard for *most* to see it as a "real" experience, but most people can relate to the feeling of something like a hardcore world (which is basically what most of his videos are)
favorite character by far was the first noob. I love every time they say "joofy rooby". would've been kind of funny if you gave him 64 cobblestone then rp'd asking for his daily cobblestone quota though. Even though it probably wouldn't have worked, there was an argument to me made that "there was no need to kill the noob since he met the cobblestone quota and by collecting the cobble I'm still 'proving my loyalty' to the titans" same could of also probably been done with craig, imo. like, coolneighbor13 was turned around for quite a while and you had some cobble on you, you could've just thrown craig some cobble in the bunker, then when coolneighbor asked for his cobble quota, he could've just tossed it back. I guess coolneighbor could've heard the block pickups, but he might've let it slide since he was still planning to blackmail you at that point. I also loved the "did I wait long enough?" "I would've waited a bit longer" such a badass line from coolneighbor. definitely need more one liners and stuff like that in these movies
Here in Skyblock Civilization, no one purchases the sand for 15 blocks of dirt. It’s better to be frugal and mine your own than waste your entire budget for just nine more quicker sand obtained.
I really love these Cvivilization Stories, both you and Evbo have done amazing work in these Civilization Videos. This and Evbo's Parkour and PVP Civilization are some of my favorite Civilization Videos on RUclips.
Before smooth stone was added to the game people would call regular stone "smooth stone" just to clarify that they weren't talking about cobblestone, since "stone" was sometimes used as shorthand for cobblestone. For people who have been playing since then it's easy to get a bit mixed up sometimes.

Quite incorrect as the editing is horrible, visuals are also the voices is something many might not like, writing is a 4.77 yes it is entertaining but it is not something many would not like it is made for a demographic that is about 9+ so that is probably why you see it that way as you are young

Maybe make yourself be more clueless of where, how, who etc. 2. Don’t talk too much, it makes it a little yap. (Many people think you yap too much but I do the same lol) 3. Could you make like voice overs, to make it more interesting? (This is a “if you want” What you do good: 1. You have much emotion in your speeches and talking. 2. Your editing is GREATT LIKE 👍🏻 👍🏻 3. I 100 percent agree with you on the f7 part bc that just means a noob can accidentally press f7 then learn how to level up and then just tell everyone
