The so called 'mother' didn't want the child, she tried to abort and also dump the child. Even though she is the biological parent, she's forgotten that one is not a mother because she's given birth. Mtoto nikulea... I doubt she would get custody of the child, maybe visiting rights. She needs counselling and medication as is quite mentally unstable with all the 'dreams' and other short stories.
