A fun way to drink your veggies on St. Paddy’s Day
The Canine Chef Cookbook (Kirby the Dorkie)
Yields: 1 cup
Prep Time: 24 hours
Cook Time: None
Nutrition facts: 11 calories, 5 from fat
Ingredients
1 cup chicken stock
2 tablespoons frozen spinach, chopped
Instructions:
Pour the chicken stock into a pint size mason jar.
Chop up the spinach and add to the jar. The finer you chop it, the more green color. Let sit in the refrigerator for roughly twenty four hours, shaking it now and then.
Strain the spinach and pour into a drinking bottle.
This can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week and frozen for up to three months.

I love how you make the treats edible for people too, because I have a rule (with a few exceptions obviously) that I won’t feed my dogs any food that I wouldn’t eat. I just got done making some cinnamon charcoal breath treats because our dogs have started getting hairy teeth so we’re cracking down on breath and dousing them in coconut oil lol.

Yay! I've been looking forward to this! You did a really good job making it. The first few times can be pretty tough, but i guess having a kit helps, lol. For future sushi making, you can cover your bamboo mat in plastic wrap to keep things from sticking to it
Nothing stuck to the mat at all! The Nori isn't sticky in itself.

Me and my dog was sharing a sushi wrap 🍣 as you uploaded this as I was so surprised 😮
Every time I make anything with fish my dogs (6 of them, 2 Greenlander, 2 Greenlander-husky mix and two Huskies) get the fish skins, heads and sometimes even a bit of the meat. They love it so much.
My biggest Greenlander (Scott) loves taking Cod-skins and roll them in the snow untill they're basically marinated and lightly frozen, so they crunch, when he bites into them. He does the same thing with seal fat btw :)
I encourage people to give their dogs fish if they can, we fish ourselves, so the fish they get is always super fresh and we hang leftover skins up to dry, for them as a crunchy snack.
