That child was doesn’t know who you are. She couldn’t walk off to a corner that was quiet and try to sooth the baby you know see if I needed a diaper changed and if it was hungry, it was more like oh like showing off a new a new toy I feel like the urge to slap those women and say, how did you get approved to adopt a cute baby. It blows my mind they don’t look like I’m sorry they just you just can’t tell from the beginning they don’t know anything about kids and that’s a huge commitment that they’re doing but it’s not just like oh for fun that’s a lifetime commitment because it’s not about you anymore. After a couple hours with new parents child is returned to nanny. Longer exposure to new child and parents the next day. Repeat 4/5 times, then leave as a new family!

It doesn't matter if it was quiet or noisy, Chinese babies scream and cry. Some are used to it, the orphanages are noisy with screaming and crying babies. If you have seen a lot of these videos, even the ones that are in a quiet room with nobody in there, they still cry and scream, doesn't matter.Also you could have tried to sooth the baby with a toy or some food. Just laughing at the poor baby was heart less and really sad. Shame on you.
People in the comment section certainly love to judge. When we picked our daughter up there was so much going on. Children were coming from many different locations to where they were set up for the parents to pick them up. Most were already tired and hungry and scared. There was so much that had to be done quickly and it was confusing. Our daughter was 11 months old and screaming her poor little lungs out and my attempts to comfort her as i did my other children only made things worse. She only calmed slightly when we stopped trying to cuddle her and talk to her. Yes, I'm sure you would have called me an idiot and said i had no mothering instinct. Yes, we took lots of pictures which she is thankful to have as an adult. Unless you have gone through this, you really have no business judging others because this is unlike any other experience with children
Those who publish these videos are opening themselves to criticism. Viewers comment on what we see. As viewers, we feel empathy for the helpless babies. The adopting parents just need to suck it up re....our comments (judgements).

Its TERRIBLE how the Chinese treat these babies. The US parents pay good money for them. To have them all in the same room is wrong. The American parents should know this is wrong. It is upsetting and distressing these babies If its one child per couple in China then the parents need to use contraception before having all these babies to stop all of them being abandoned at orphanages or elsewhere. If the Americans buy them then the Chinese will provide them. I feel so sorry for these babies and children
Terrible acoustics in that room; it's so noisy. They should line up the parents in the hallway and have them come in one by one to pick up their babies and then have other rooms where the parents can soothe their babies. Maybe with some soft lighting. Yikes!

That poor baby in pink was EXTREMELY distressed (with the two women) and they are not even trying to comfort the baby! No clue whatsoever how to care for the baby (and no maternal instincts at all). I’d take the baby straight back off them. All they seem to care about is getting their phone out and smiling for the camera. 😡

That's how mine was handled in another country. Much, much better for everyone. My child was not crying and afraid when she left with me finally.
