Why you designing it in rgb mode...... Shouldn't it created in cmyk mode for printing, and the images must converted to cmyk too... Right??. No offense, but it is not the right way of doing it from the start.

He clearly explained that he is just explaining for the tutorial. If you are printing then use CMYK.
