if you slow the speed of the song down to say half speed when you are filming (and dance and sing accordingly), when it's played back at normal speed (or faster, depending on the desired effect), the girl appears to be dancing fast (benny hill style) and singing along perfectly in time. having said that, this video is pure joy and makes me smile every time.

As a dancer myself, I'd say she has a really good transitions and smooth breaks. Also very clean. Great video. Reminds me of myself in my younger days. Hell, I still got it now, although probably only half her stamina.
