Hi Julie, thank you so much for your precious insights, I love learning from you! Especially considering the current time of the year we are in, I would love if you could talk a bit about how do goals and resolutions fit in the GTD system. I find myself very confused on how to integrate GTD with my goals and 12 week goals and especially habit tracking. How am I supposed to do it? Thank you!

You're so welcome, and thank you for your feedback! I will add this to the agenda for our team as a potential video topic.

I am part of an external Plan Do Review (PDR) group at 8.30am on a Friday morning. It's slightly before my workday day starts, there's a level of accountability to show up and I attach my task and project review wrap up to this session. Friday morning can feel a bit weird, but like you come the end of Friday my energy is low, and tbh Saturday and Sunday I like to avoid getting involved with work related stuff if I can help it... it would be a slippery slope for me personally. I aim to have Friday's as a wrap up day and as long as I have a good shutdown routine, I am ready for the weekend and Monday following.

It sounds like you have this all dialed in - wonderful! And on a personal note, I had to mentally move my Weekly Review into my "healthy habit category", e.g. exercise, in order to cooperate with doing it on Saturday 😊.

@julieireland5294 that's a very good point about treating it as a healthy habit ... It's exactly what it is isn't it?!
