BS Conversion with Satellawave - BS Super Mario USA Dai-2-kai Fan Translation

- A long while back I did a video testing this sort of conversion with dai-1-kai, so now I guess is a good time to get the others done.
Con's fan translation did several tweaks to the code to make the game easier to run on other emulators and have SPC sound. As such, it is not broadcast-accurate. But that makes it easier to approach for a casual gaming session.
Also added the event plaza just for fun.

For surethese hacks are cool to plau these games@@cabbusses but we miss the CD (satellite) version musics, and speaks of actors ... the only way to make it perfect is to add the msu1 hack for CD sound tracks and videos intro if we have them ...

I really wish the MSU1 add patch will come to have real music and voices ...
Whenever I add links it tends to screw me on the algorithm. As you can see by recent happenings, RUclips seems to have it out for me.
