They have changed their receipe. I clearly remember when i 1st made nihari using shan masala they mentioned to saute meat with garlic or garlic paste. but now the receipe doesnt taste like b4 and even the look. Tell me if u agree
I usually add half a packet or two thirds. Their packets can be very overpowering but it’s so good. Some people I know only use a quarter or a third of the packet.
