The 2006 Land Rover Range Rover comes in two new flavors. In addition to a fresh base-model designation of HSE, for the first time in Land Rover's history there is a sporty Supercharged version. Land Rover would tell you that, unlike Porsche with its turbocharged Cayenne, its flagship Supercharged model is meant to be spirited, but not racy. Additionally, its new 4WD system, borrowed from the 2005 Land Rover LR3, is not only proven, but has garnered awards in the automotive industry. Plus, Land Rover has thoroughly updated its flagship and bumped it more upscale. Sure to please both loyalists and newcomers, the 2006 Land Rover Range Rover's changes serve each of these buyers.
It is sooo well built and sturdy, and it does awesome in the snow because it is so heavy.
OVER 93000 US DOLLARS !!!!! At that time !!!!!!🥵🥵🥵
Actually when they switched from the BMW to Jag motor they got more power and reliabilty. I am a huge BMW fan but in this case Jag did better. It's not owned by Ford anymore now Tata of India owns it so we will what they can do with them.
If you have to complain about it you can't afford it. So don't buy it. Leave them for those who can.
My dad makes 7-figures as an investment banker, and he *still* complained that these were unreliable-- even with superb maintenance.
Components can (and will) fail without warning. Even the most meticulously maintained Range will drag you through hell. I loved mine, but when the fuel pump failed in the highway at 75mph, I knew these things were poorly designed.
Many of these complaints are entirely warranted.
I got one as my first car, navy blue, strut package
So how reliable is this suv? I have seen some used cheap but I have heard some people say they usually spend alot of time in the shop.
it's not the car at fault its the driver who does not operate it properly I have got one now and this is my second one never had any trouble and they were both old cars
I do, take it all over scotland and use it day to day, great car
because they do that really well to!!
depends what you want sportyness or luxury
all the off road gear, plus it is a full size suv, almost as big as an escalde
This SUV is awesome, but my parents have the multi-spoke wheels
yup, agree with 0thingthing0,
they're on totally different sides of the scale.
i cant believe this thing is so heavy. I never knew that the x5 m and the audi q7 were less in weight then this thing, and its pretty damn slow too. Even when its supercharged. I LOVE the range rover, and how it looks and everything, but if i get one, i DEFINENTALLY gotta make it MUCH faster, in like the high 4s or low 5 0-60 hopefully
Yes, thanks
nice wagons but ill stick to my 2002 vogue has more wood in the interior than the latest sport plus a bigger engine dispite it being not as fast,it is quick enough.
But 99% of these won't ever see a dirt road in their entire life. You don't take a $90,000 vehicle in the mud.
megusta esa jeep
that steve hannis weirdo does all of the myride videos
is it fast ?
yes
Ford hasn't owned LR or Jag for over a year
Looking for a 4X4 ??!! That's the ONE :>
rather have a g wagon mercedes, although they aren't as elegant
you mean hurrican rims? i have those too much nicer
siiiiiick!
id take a nice infinity qx56 over it, though i do love this suv
Cheaper than what? A Lambo?
tata owns land rover and jaguar
@officeforsale1 390 horses
Yeah but the majority of these will end up burning gas sitting in traffic.
@wph1138 troll bait lol!
Unreliable, over priced and made by Tata.
In 2006 it was made my ford
Way too over priced... you're better off getting an Armada or QX56. You get sportyness and luxury for around $65,000.
booring
Nope. Owned by Tata Motors.
