I'm looking forward to garage sale season. It's been a very slow month but I managed to pick up a game I've been looking for and made a trade.

I know lately it seems like everything is super expensive on Marketplace, my goodwill just has sports or just dance games, and all my thrift stores are dry.

Yes sir, thrift stores are done for gaming. It all get's sent back to the online auction place or the employees get it before it get's on the shelf.

For sure. With all the bad PS3 consoles that were "junked" back in the day and a lot of these blu-ray gaming discs in such poor shape I'm betting that PS3 consoles, controllers and games are going to explode in price in the next 5-10 years. The supply is less than people think for items that are complete or in VG & VG+ conditions, just have to see what the demand is going to be especially since physical media is going away.

Saw the days of thunder game at a thrift but didn't know it was a single disc didn't pay attention enough thought the blu ray was missing to

Those combo packs will go up in time and the shift is to movies(DVDs, BDs, and now VHS), there is some good money to be made. I’m only collecting 4k or 3D Blu rays. The wave is hitting, and soon all that will be left to find is current gen. Regardless good video man!!!

@@CMRetroGaming Dude, there was this play I got. It was a DVD set of live plays being done. It was sealed(Few years ago). Paid $1, and sold probably 3 weeks later it sold for 180 or something like that. The market is out there. It’s just looking for unique titles. I didn’t look it up til I got home, was shocked and thankful for sure. Games suck right now…I’m doing mostly trades and hitting low end places to get good stuff…sucks but has to be done.
