Very Easy Double Circle Palazzo Cutting and Stitching | DIY Umbrella Palazzo Pants

This is new ideas DIY double circle palazzo pants that you’ve never seen before. This palazzo is made by 2 circles with very easy cutting and stitching tutorial. The first time you see the double circle palazzo ideas only on my channel. I show you new ideas umbrella palazzo cutting and stitching with elastic band step by step for all sizes (S, M, L, XL). Others size you can grade 4cm.
I used about 200cm (78.7’’) length and 100cm (39.4’’) width of chiffon fabric to cutting and stitching this double circle pants. Beside we can use satin, silk, etc... for this item. Now let’s choose your favorite fabric color and follow my tutorial to make a beautiful umbrella pants. See you in my video!
