Sir please highlight slavery going on in higher education institutions, especially all Institutes of National Importance.
All PhD students are slaves. These students are going to be Professors in next 5 years, for another 30 years, where they continue the same slavery... This is a very toxic pattern.
More than the subject of research, these students are made spemd more time on secretarial work, personal work, academic work, escort work, bike/car service work, grocery shopping work, cooking and even the kid's work for their research supervisors.
It's a pity that the students who aspire to attain the highest educational qualification are treated like slaves and put to so much distress.
Many discontinue not because of the academic standard required, but of disgust on the system itself. It's so pathetic.
Only those who are able to do jaalra, feet washing, back stabbing, etc can survive and complete the degree. Most of the real talented ones do not want to continue and quit. Very pathetic state of higher education.
Because of this culture, the quality of future Professors itself goes down.
The problem is that the number of PhD students is so low that they don't have a voice or forum that will get noticed anywhere.
