For the criminals in Finding Nemo, charged with manslaughter, since the characters that were murdered aren't technically people. Wouldn't that technically make it Fish-slaughter, instead?
You could argue that Mabel was acting in self defense since the rats are technically trespassing and robbing her.

She should also be aware of their sentience and sapience. The rats left her house and built boats in order to escape, but she kept trying to kill them off.
You forgot that Syndrome would also get several charges of false imprisonment, as it’s implied that he captured multiple superheroes.
He also tortured Bob with electricity while he interrogated him, which is a crime as well.
How is it specifically a war crime? A crime, yes, but a war crime?
@The Nathan Show You absolutely should not. Buddy was an irresponsible kid who almost got himself killed and resulted in bombvoyage getting away. Just his age would be reason enough not to allow him to be a partner.

Alongside Gilbert Huph's crimes, there's criminal negligence to account, since he plainly witnesses a crime and neither reports or attempts to stop.
That explains a lot about the real world. The incredibles really is ahead of our times.
Cinema wins also noticed that the insuracare contract Mr hupps had also would cause a cut pay and some workers rights violations.
He also explicitly prevents Bob from going and doing something by threat of termination.
Gilbert definitely committed negligence and also should’ve gotten life imprisonment because he’s a fraud who never seems to learn his lesson. He committed insurance fraud on a regular basis. Like Brad said, he doesn’t care about the law. Not to mention that little does he realize that people who applied to Insuricare need their benefits, especially if it involves their health and legal safety regarding their current residency. Gilbert should’ve also gotten execution and immediate termination as CEO of Insuricare for wrongfully attempting to fire Bob just because an innocent man was in danger of getting mugged.

Anglerfish typically live for about 20-25 years. Putting that into account basically means you're giving it a life sentence.

Most of the “villains” in Finding Nemo are just forces of nature. They eat to survive and then they turn into the grass and then the deer eat the grass. wait… wrong analogy.
Send that angular fish to an aquarium because to some people they are fish prisons
What About The Seagulls & The Giant Blue Squid From Finding Dory, How Are They Gonna Get Charged For Their Crimes As Far As Their Natural Instincts Is Concerned?
Now there are a couple I can argue with.
Sharks:I don’t think they’re Villians. They try to be nice and when they make references to eating fish. It’s mainly an addiction kind of thing that they’re trying to get out of.
DHR:I think they’re fine. They’re kinda like Bobo Fett. They’re just hired for stuff and they’re just stupid.
Chick Hicks:I don’t think he meant to kill The King, he just meant wreck him. Like Kyle Busch in real life, he does the same.
Ego:I don’t see why Ego counts as a Pixar Villian. He’s just rude, he was just a strict critic who learned in the end.
I definitely agree with the Sharks. They are even again at the end of the film where they do seem to be on good terms with the other fish.
Given that Cars is set in a world where Cars are basically people, I suspect it would still qualify as assault

Ego is one of the main antagonistic forces, but he's not really much of a villain.

If you pause the Incredibles while Gilbert is holding the paper on his desk, you can read what it says. It's basically a memo from Huph to all his employees telling them that they're now being required to pay out-of-pocket for all office supplies, their parking will be metered by the hour, and electricity and telephone usage will be deducted from their paychecks. That last part in particular is illegal, or it ought to be. What would that fall under?

It would fall under fair work, counting as unfair deduction of wages. If an employee reports it, he would likely at least get fined the amount he unlawfully deducted.
For what it's worth: Gilbert was informed by Bob that someone in clear view of them was being mugged. He didn't lift a finger to do anything and prevented Bob for doing so. Couldn't that potentially be an accessory charge? I don't know how much of a difference it makes on Mirage but she didn't know the children were on the plane until after she fired the missiles IIRC.
He forgot Oliver sansweet his crimes is sucide which is against the law and also murder he create a lawsuit against heroes which causes Mr. And Mrs Devors in the sequel
Actually Syndrome launched the missiles. He flipped the cover and pressed the button. Mirage was at best an accessory for that, as she was simply on the radar station confirming the tracking of the missiles.
Actually it's dependent on what good Samaritan laws exist. As some states don't require assistance to be given others may simply require you call 911. It would vary because of that

@@joelsaenz9008 As someone else mentioned, Good Samaritan Laws would prevent Mr Incredible from being sued. However, The Good Samaritan Law had not been established yet during the time of the lawsuit.
A few things wrong with Syndrome.
First, he wasn't angry with Mr Incredible for being kicked out of the car. He was angry after the Bomb Voyage incident.
And second, Gazerbeam appeared in the montage of heroes, so the corpse prior wouldn't count, and thus only 18 counts.

No, Syndrome was angry with Mr. Incredible for rejecting him. He acted like Bomb Voyage didn’t exist, as evidenced by the flashback of Mr. Incredible ordering Syndrome, or Buddy, to go home because he works alone. If anything, Mr. Incredible was the only character to be rightfully angry because Buddy interfered in his showdown against Bomb Voyage and contributed to Bomb Voyage’s disappearance. Syndrome was simply angry out of entitlement and an arrogant fandom who can’t take no for an answer.
I think Ego’s punishment was too harsh. How was he supposed to know if he did this it would result in his death? I’d give him like 5-7 months probably.

I would argue that you can't charge ego with the death of gusto because he had no way of knowing how his review would effect the health of others. He's a food critic, his job is to critique food, usually ment to help restaurants revaluate their current recipes, to keep with the times.
Besides who is emotionally stupid enough to die from one harsh critic review that is in reality mediocre?

Horst's situation is tricky, (in my opinion) but I believe he was in prison for something embarrassing, so he makes up different stories that sound more interesting than what his actual charge was.

I’d like to argue that since Bruce and Anchor got of on instinct, that the Barracuda and Anglerfish could have also been acting on predatory instinct and were doing what they needed to do to survive

Of all the "villains" you would charge, I'd say that Anton Ego is clean. All he did was give his review on the restaurant and he didn't like whatever dish he was given. Sure the restaurant lost the first star, but as far as we know, it was still the best restaurant in France and Gusto just took that bad review too hard which caused him to pass away. If Ego was responsible for Gusto's death then there should be other restaurant owners who should've been heartbroken to the point where they die too. Just thought I'd clear the record.

We can’t really blame the barracuda since it goes off movement and coral (marlin’s wife) darted to the eggs, luring the barracuda.
The Delinquent Road Hazards also have speeding and possible destruction of property as revealed during the end credits where they race through Radiator Springs and get caught by Sheriff only to end up being made to fix the road that they likely damaged
I like to think that Lightning was visiting Radiator Springd at the time and, seeing the destroyed road, was like “oh come on I just fixed that thing!!”
Personally I think the Anglerfish in Finding Nemo should have been confined to a Mental Asylum as since you suggested he/she would be a sentient being the behaviour suggested mental instability. Bruce however, did show an attempt at managing his behaviour & his sentence ought to have included proper psychiatric help.

The old Lady may have some form of defense. Keep in mind, the rats were breaking and entering, let alone having a constant pattern of stealing. It would depend on the self defense laws in the area, if it lets you protect your property.
The “Velociraptors” in the Jurassic Park/World Franchise were ACTUALLY based on a DIFFERENT species of Raptor that was native to North America during the Cretaceous Period called the “Deinonychus” and the Creators of the Movies as well as the author of the Book thought that the name “Velociraptor” sounded cooler and thus more likely to appeal to large audiences

@@jonahdengler3858 basically it’s a game where 15 (or 16) students are trapped in a school with no chance of escape. Unless they kill someone and get away with it. So it’s basically Among us crossed with Phoenix Wright.
There's another thing you can charge Dr Shremen with since fishing is illegal in great barrier reef which where he kidnapped Nemo and presumably Gill he differently be guilty of poaching
Also I don’t think he used anesthesia on the two patients, the guy having a root canal and the guy getting his tooth pulled out
Oh and if you're counting trespassing then technically most of the characters including the main character are responsible and a different kitchen staff member I forgot his name served in a resistance against the government in Ratatouille

14:24, that doesn’t work because there was no possible way for him to anticipate that his scathing review would kill Gousteau.
The movie literally said "heart broken" and that he later died his heart made of actually broke or stopped working. I mean who knows movies are crazy a tree might start flying a rat may know how to cook like remmy.
@@Yarrgenius It also says “probably”. Linguini says that the scathing review “probably” killed Gusteau. Implying that even in the film’s universe it’s a matter of speculation rather than certainty.

Honestly, several people did a lot of research into will laws and they didn't even know whether or not Skinner was breaking the law by stopping a will from going through. Because as the procedure of a will would say, if an heir is not found in 2 years, Skinner would've gotten the restaurant. However, he would've had to sign an agreement to hand over the ownership if an heir came forward but Linguini didn't come forward and he didn't even know he was Gusteau's son. The only person who knew about this was Skinner.

The point still stands though as even if the murder was successful there is no way the Slenderman creator would be held liable for this since they by no means intended for this to happen, facilitated it in any way and the slenderman killers were a very unusual exception.

You forgot Lightning McQueen. Although he did receive a sentence of community service, his charges include destruction of property and disturbing the peace.
Reckless driving may be a more appropriate charge than disturbing the peace.
