Amma I would like to mention a good traditional recipe which would be helpful for everyone who hates sourness of amla....steam the some cleaned amla in a idli maker,cool it down,with a fork make some holes on it carefully so flavor will seep into it.later in some liquid jaggery put the amla in a glass jar and keep in sun for some days,if you'll taste the jaggery it'll taste sour.after some days of sun curing bring the mix to a boil ,optional spices like cardamom etc can be used but I like it plain,after the jaggery reduces to a bit thicker,remove from flame and store it in jar. Generally the sourness has decreased and can be eaten one everyday. (If anybody want just search amla murabba in youtube,I wrote my version)
