Hi Jim, it seems to me that the twist in the driver door and the misaligned window post could both be addressed by twisting the internal mounts at the *back* of the door rather than the front. Twisting the front would kick the post out, but twisting the back should kick it in. Also, the lack of striker plate clearance might indicate that too much material was removed from the front edge, so adding some material to the front edge might be the way to go if you need to reduce the panel gaps.
Thanks for the comment. I was going to try the back door change, even loosened the bolts and then bailed. It gets a little weird. But I might try that when reinstalling the door if needed, or just adding a spacer on the window track itself.

You can decrease voltage - that will slow down motors.
Check. Not thrilled about adding voltage regulators into the electronics. Just running out of space. We will see.
@@StreetRodJim I meant - temporary feeding motors from separate adjustable power source. Only during development. This will help you to set and adjust some kind of end switches.
Jim, is there a place to contact you? I am interested in your spreadsheet. I don’t need the numbers. I’m just interested in the sheet itself. I am planning a totally different project but the details on Motors is what I am wanting to budget out. Thx. Love the channel.
Thanks for watching. I do not publish Spreadsheets for multiple reasons, but mainly these cars are so individualistic that you will have to start over anyways. I have done a few synopsis myself and basically I have to start over they are so different. You can always pause a video for a guide to see if you forgot anything which is really the only help it gives. "What am I missing".
Nice simple system. If you ever have to replace these universal systems can you get them out here on the market, or do you have go through factory five to get them.

Would consider insulation and sound proofing the doors first?
