Hikari turns evil. She literally “awakens” to the destructive herself as she sees the sky scrambling which she finds satisfying. Taritsu saw that comming, since she remembers what happend “before”. Either that or she knew Hikari is/will destroy the world later on. Arcahv literally explains this (in Hikari’s viewpoint) as the chart starts slow and mysterious (Hikari’s awakening) to the reverse part (Hikari “awakening” to her true self as explained above) and then fast and intensely (probably making up for the lost time and destroying the world in the upcoming event). That’s my thought at least.
