im just recovering from a slight overstrain of my midde finger, it doesnt appear to be that severe, probably a break of 1,5 weeks will be enough to come back on the wall. But its is alreasy hard for me to take such a break. But seeing how you handle your injuires is just incredible. It really helps me to accept my current situation and beeing patient when it comes to get back to bouldering :) keep on your good attitude Paul, this really makes you a great climber and a nice person! :)
I have been rewatching exclusively to see mochi again and again. I just skip through the...actually I can't recall what else was in the video...something about mochi regaining fitness?
Dang, you've had a rough year, and that's coming from someone who had major abdominal surgery, cut through my index finger-tip, and accidently drove a knife through my hand. Fun stuff. Good to see you recovering well, excited to see more climbing vids. Also, cute poooch.
With a rotator cuff tear and a major ankle sprain within the past two months on my end, I feel like we've all been getting dinged up this year. So many friends of mine have experienced injury since the return to climbing.
Glad you are back Paul. Time for the world to get motivated again! Been waiting for these for so long (a little bit less than 2 years??). I am sure you 'll be crushing V15 soon, like you did before. But please do us all a favor. You built your house (congrats on that btw), so just stay away from house-repair duties and all related work! 🤣🤣🤣
Holy moly! What a "character building" year! I've found in the past that my muscle strength came back faster than my tendon and ligament strength. How do the tendons and ligaments feel? Any concerns of a tweak?
Hi Paul! I’ve been following you for a long time. What’s the reason behind the spinal surgery? I mean: did you broke some vertebrae or was it only a posture problem. Best regards. Greetings from Italy ✌🏻
Paul busts himself a million ways from Sunday and still warms up on my projects.
Our boy is BBAAACCCKKKK

I will now be tuning in just to see what Mochi has to say. Oh, and maybe a little climbing content, you know, if Mochi says it's okay.
I'm glad someone enjoyed that!

@@dechristophera unfortunately none of mine had to do with climbing. I can't even blame it on being inactive or rusty, haha.
