I have a Kodiaq diesel with 178000 kms , 5 yrs old, still like new. Easy to drive, 10 kmpl mileage in city and 14 to 16 kmpl on highway. No rattles and squeaks, 4x4 Drive modes etc In comparable suv.
Its the best car in its segment! The only drawback is its average🥲 in city it will give you 7kmpl and in highway it will give around 11kmpl. Also bro you should have given inputs on the sport mode! Sport mode is crazy! Golster and fortuner are no comparrison! (Sport mode only)
Thank you! Glad you liked the video🎉 I didn't mention about the ground clearance as this is not a full on offroad focused vehicle. Even the approach and departure angles aren't a lot. But it still does some level of offloading. But yeah point noted. I will mention these kind of numbers from next time! 😬
@@ajit_godse providing GROUND CLERANCE (GC) information to the Indian viewers instills confidence as Indian roads are not that great also comparing the GC with some other SUV of the same class or with the benchmark GC figure can help in taking more informed decision to the Indian Buyer.
One should know that Kodiaq is NOT a ladder on frame chassis construction, ladder on frame naturally lifts the vehicle's body providing good ground clearance. I got my Kodiaq last year, before Kodiaq i have owned and driven 3 generations of Scorpios. Kodiaq can handle those bad roads that i used to drive with my Scorpios. There's nothing that Kodiaq cant handle that my Scorpios handled. Kodiaq's DCC Off road mode is the secret sauce of Kodiaq's bad road handling. If you are very keen about ground clearance for EXTREME off roading then you should consider Jeep Wrangler or Thar, you shouldn't be looking for Kodiaq. Kodiaq is a luxury SUV and meant for handling bad roads to give the driver/passengers driving comfort, Kodiaq is not a EXTREME off roader.
Comment me iss car ko XUV 700 se compare kerna band karo. Its is a fortuner, gloster, Xtrail, X1, Q3, tiguan (younger sister), meridian, Tucson. Rival. Its like your are comparing an MG hactor with a toyota fortuner. Segment samjo features se comparison nahi hoti.
Go correct your learning of Kodiaq, Kodiaq has 360 degree camera. I have a Kodiaq too and its camera quality / focus is so good that i dont need to get down to see the obstacle, i can see the obstacle very clearly on the infotainment. Its sad people list down stupid features which really has no meaning. The car shouldn't be valued just with features

Diesel???
Oh that's an amazing engine! There are rumors that the new kodiaq will be getting a diesel option as well! Hope they get it soon
out of context but : whats the resale market for this car? I mean whats the resale value after 4 years if i buy this car today?

Totally agree with you!
Nice video bhai, there are not much vdo reg SKODA KODIAQ, yours is a comprehensive vdo, but being an SUV, u missed informing about GROUND CLERANCE .

ground clearance 180 mm, approach angle 19, not a typical SUV offroader
It's a great car if you drive 1000kms per month or lower other wise it's a pocket burner
@@QERTYGT12345 oh yeah totally get your point!!
This 2023 skoda kodiaq when 2024 model launching ? It has updated infotainment and with cruze control
Speculations are there that the new one will be launched in India in the first half of 2025.!
This existing model already has cruise control
March 2025
@@vishalpr8957 No existing one dosen't has I meant like the Mahindra XUV 700Ax7L adas level 2 my bad I should mention it properly
How does the drive.quality and.handling compare.to.safari.and.xuv700
The kodiaq is from another league! The ride and handling is far superior than safari and xuv 700!

@@ajit_godse thanks for the info
In 50lakhs no adas no 360 degree camera is se accha XUV 700 hai
@@abhijitjoshi4773 yup it doesn't have adas. Both both XUV 700 and kodiaq have very different characters
do you really think adas is valuable for Indian roads considering traffic of India
People like u is the reason cars like polo...ford....Chevrolet....punto abarth are no longer available
