my local public elementary and middle school wear uniforms and i know on fridays they do dress down day for $1 and it seems like a little but they make bank lol

So when you're partaking in the oaths singing/saying the chants and rituals you're signing over your legal rights in the spirit realm. You begin representing that god. Notice how you're broken down to be made into something new, you are get a new identity. The bible says we are made in the likeliness and image of Him. Be safe and be smart, protect your souls
So basically you didn’t know anything about a sorority did zero research and had absolutely no clue what sororities are like. You need to take some responsibility for the fact that you didn’t take the time to educate yourself, honestly that’s on you. You’re right it’s not for everyone I personally never joined one but it’s surprising you were so oblivious to what sororities are like. It’s like any other activity it’s what you make of it and it sounds like you didn’t have the best attitude from the beginning.
Some sororities don't do much for you but give you a label. Some sororities do a lot of useful volunteering. She was not in the right one for her. She wanted more out of her sorority than just dressing up for Sunday meetings and unfulfilling volunteering. She wanted to make a real difference. She is honest and I admire that
