    Ottimo lavorro grazie millie. I've been learning Italian for over a month I'm getting there. Just takes time and patience and know you won't do it in a short time it takes years and every little step takes me closer to learning Italian fluency which is my goal

    Before it was called "Celsius," being named after some scientist from hundreds of years before, to was called "centigrade," which looks similar to how one would say "a hundred degrees" in Italian, which makes total sense

    I bet the word "diluvia" has yo do with flooding. Looks like it shares a root with the word "antedeluvian."
