I appreciate the duality in y'all's ancestry- the thicker hair and such, is very beautiful. I also appreciate the preservation of y'all's culture; although I know first hand how serious Polynesians are about dating black people except for the rocks parents
I Deeply apologize and I'm not trying to be too political or rude, I also had a friend for a short amount of time who was Samoan... And we look pretty similar but she would tell me that her family will always make fun of her when they will go to the beach, saying "who's that black girl" as a joke etc ... And when I had a crush on the dude who was Hawaiian and Samoan his friends called me the black girl in a similar way.... There's nothing wrong with having depigmented skin and I'm not accusing you guys of this personally but I just know culturally like colorism is a thing. And that shouldn't be something to make your family or anyone feel bad. Because literally like I can get so many times darker if I'm under the sun all day, and when I did body conditioning with the football team , I literally felt the difference of "ooh we are all Islanders" to being called the black girl literally

Other than a quickly done mess, what is this supposed to be?
