The first time we met you we're flying a Slow stick with a 100W LED on it (might been 25 or 50? cant remember) Pretty darn amazing how far you've come since than. Thank you for proving that the same building techniques that we use to build 100 grams models can be used to fly a human. I am proud to be your friend.

Man i've been watching Peters videos backwards as I've just stumbled upon him. To see the pup so young is awesome!
I am a fighter plane crew chief in the USAF, i have seen the baddest planes in the world take flight but seeing a homemade airplane has fascinated me much more than any fighter plane has. Great job building this plane keep being who you are.
Was similarly intrigued by this whole project of Peter's. I've got a lot of hours in GA but this thing has me itching to build one just to see if I can do it w/o killing myself :). Inspiring!
Haha yeah one very full of life engineer, it seems when you cut across the grain you can accomplish anything. I have started with RC airplane projects myself and my private pilots license is up next.
Feeling somewhat inadequate. I've dreamt of doing something like this for a long time, but the best I can do is play War Thunder from a comfy chair. Time to get off my arse and get stuck in.

When the plane finally got off the ground it brought me to tears because of all the hard work... The weight lifting off the ground was like the weight of suspense lifting off my back. You sir... Just blew me away. Never stop doing that.
It amazes me that this plane had the power to lift off considering the weight of the pilots testicles.

So for one thing, you decide to build your own airplane, and pull it off with ease!! Then you decide to power it electrically, something that many major airplane producers can still now only dream of... And you nailed it again!! Awesome project and super inspirational, Well DONE!!!

Weldone Peter. Now you could make aviation history. By building the first fullscale manned foamy you must please build a RC scale replica , fly it and post the build scale plans. Howz that for a challenge? Then we can all build and fly your plane.
Foam has been used in mold less composite construction of aircraft for decades. Long Ez, Rutan voyager. You cover the foam with fiberglass to make a solid structure.
