@@TekNexSolutions when I try to capture 2004 it starts sysprep then attempt to reboot into pe and crashes my vm. Error says A fault has occurred causing a virtual CPU to enter the shutdown state. If this fault had occurred outside of a virtual machine, it would have caused the....

Your guest connection needs to be in enhanced session. Alternatively, you could enable RDP on your guest and connect to it from host through RDP.

What about the status of machine after sysprep, is it usuable after sysprep?
