This extremely common, well known pop flash is exactly why as T after plant i like to try wait site side of CT tucked in close right to the tall shell boxes in front of that bin. When you hear the pin pull or flash bounce you swing and catch the guy for free.
I love these simple "refresher" videos, they are kind of necessary to get new players up to speed with the meta. Dust 2 is in the map pool, could use some of those like the smoke from xbox to ct mid.

Great video Austin, can you tell me the console commands that you're for nades, for example where you "repeat" the already thrown flashbang?
to re-throw nades use: sv_rethrow_last_grenade -- you probably want to bind that to a key so its easier. i use K.
bind k "sv_rethrow_last_grenade"
bind "YourKEY" sv_rethrow_last_grenade
