ALTITUDE SICKNESS in UPPER DOLPO (Dolpa) TREKKING IN NEPAL [2/3] (Episode 3):
Summary: After leaving the comforts of Ringmo & Shey Phoksundo Lake, we trekked further north into Upper Dolpo. The difficulties and challenges we faced en route, stories of porter dai's and bhai's, sleeping inside a cave in the cold winter, conversations with a young bride, searching for a lost relative, and altitude sickness (AMS) which nearly derailed our plans.
