- I start my 2006 06 yamaha ttr50 ttr50e with a dead battery. pull start bump start pull rear wheel.
instructions are simple. make sure bike and fuel are turned ON. next put bike in third gear. lean bike over into kickstand. put knee in seat to stabilize and pull up on rear wheel while holding throttle open slightly. it fires right up. 3 speed semi auto
Saved me from buying a new battery
Right on! It can also be push started too, but this works when you aren't trying to push and jump on the tiny thing
@@justinracesweekends3458 it turned right on, 1st try. Actually both of them did. They're the kids but after a few beers i jump on one lol.
@@meyou7318 I'm building an electric version that's gonna rip
Wow yours actually idles
Yeah I rebuilt the carb
I have done that my accelerator tube broke and can't find the replacement help me
You mean your throttle cable? Or
OMG!! You helped me start my sons bike, now tell me, whats the problem, when i kill switch it & try to turn it back on again makes that funny whiney noise at the back, is it the battary??
Like a buzz or click?
I get the same buzzing noise changed starter relay Nd now its doing it again
Doing it again still carnt get the bike started with doing the 3rd gear and pulling the tyre
@@ttvfolleysking1304 if the bike is being stubborn you can push start it on a slight decline or on flat ground. Just get up to speed and kick it into gear. I've since gone all electric on our pit bikes and I'll never look back lol
Nice! Thanks
Kewl
