So far so good. But I don't drive this van very much. She just sits around most of the time. I drive her for a few days out of the week

The load resistor link is broken. I hope to see a video of you putting in the load resistor and showing the benefits of doing it. Thanks for your videos. I bought my van with 125k miles 2008 for 9k (stupid used car market). What did you end up paying for yours with what miles?
Haven't gotten around to it yet. Haha. The part's still sitting on the shelf waiting. Too many projects. Bought it in March 2019 with 108k for $15k
Bought a heavily smoked in 230k miles 2009 e250 4.6 swb cargo (with rear circle windows!) for $5,000.
The good:
all fluids changed on time on a great maintenance schedule. Very minimal rust throughout. Shifts great, mechanically sounds great, remote start, icy A/C, power mirrors/locks/windows. Nearly new tires load rating E (13 ply?). Trailer brake controller.
The bad:
Heavily used interior cargo space/cabin (insulated walls and roof and plastic panels throughout!), some outside dings. Broken headlight housing w/ damage to front passenger fender. Both rear taillights cracked. Front and rear bumpers with love taps but not bad. Fuel level doesn't work. Passenger seat seatbelt pretensioner code is on. TPMS light is on. Broken Rearview mirror, windshield, side view mirror. Crappy purple tint job. Bad windshield wipers. All door weather strips are shot. Driver seat is shot. Floor holes from shelves.
I replaced:
front steering components, bushings/ball joints, front rotors/pads, engine oil change. Then alignment, and transmission fluid change at a shop(I payed for brake fluid change and they only changed it out of the reservoir..... Highly rated shop sadly, I did not allow them to do any more work....). Junk yard taillights ($20) shelves($70), partition($80), roof rack ($100). Side mirrors with crappy ebay power tow mirrors that shake while driving (buy OEM lol...). So far about 20 hours personally working/getting parts/research and $1,600.
It will be about $600 more to get it to 100% mechanically perfect. It will take me about 10 more hours of work/research.
Lesson learned. Fork out the extra upfront $$$ for lower miles, less issues, nicer interior!

Are these headlights plug n play? Mine is a 2018 or 2019 rv e450, but it's still a van and looks just like yours...

how do you adjust the up/down aim on 2020 e350 headlights which is same headlight at yours?
haven’t tried. I’m sure there’s just a screw you turn to move it up and down
Do you remember the socket size for the top screw and the bottom two screws?
not off hand. sorry. I use all metric sockets. they were small probably 10. haha
