@@larrycarol6693 The caller knowing the person's name and sometimes address I think is of the most interest. Claiming to be a neighbor is a LOT more convincing if the caller knows your name and address.
There are truly evil people in this world, but I dont think there is anyone more evil than someone who doesn't let their neighbor use their yard for their daughter's wedding reception. Karma will punish him one day.

Yea this prank call was pretty hilarious. The best ones are always when they actually believe your story and start getting really pissed off about it. Even when you start insulting him and making jokes he still believes you're from the HOA but are just being an asshole because he's arguing with you.

Usually when someone is telling u that they have lived there for 10+ yrs or been there done that for 10+yrs are usually lying. Some people will round 5yrs an 1 month to 10+ years. And when they actually have lived at their home or been there done that for 10+ years. They will start telling people that they live there been there done that for 20+ years. These types of people are everywhere.

Hmm, you could have told him you are going to swing by to take some ultra high resolution pictures and upload them to Google for that location since you technically own it. I am able to use a drone to do that for my property. In fact, I will be anyhow for project planning to increase the value of my property.
