Interruption resistance is not the crucial effect, this can be solve by bringing zhongli. The crucial part is gaining 1 stack without triggering reaction, this effect make him able to run double hydro getting hydro resonance!
Second half has hydro eidolons, Neuvi can't do anything. Pyro Krabby in Second Half stop Hutao as well. The only fight is just against Kenki I guess if you want to compare both

neuvi havers how does he perform in overwold? i regret getting burst reliant characters since they r almost useless in overworld
He's incredible in overworld! He just needs one charged attack to kill most mobs, so using only Neuvi's E and some other characters' skills is enough!
click e, then instantly CA and annihilate the mobs
