Happy New Year, Congratulations on your goals. I just started following you on RUclips a few weeks ago. I bought myself a condo 5 years ago and I absolutely love it. I loved apartment living so I knew a house for me was not what I wanted. I had people trying to talk me out of condo buying but I didn't want the responsibility of a big house. Yes there will be an HOA but I knew that going in and to this day I don't regret it. You just have to do what works for you , maybe down the line a house will work for you but until then just keep doing what your doing and you will be ok. ❤

Thank you! I actually opened a Roth IRA account with Fidelity. It’s very simple to create and plenty of videos if you need a walk through. But I save my 7K throughout the year and add to the account each time
Love this video I like your goals as well and honestly accomplishing goals takes some discipline which I feel you handle well. Also is your Roth IRA through your job and are you just adding to it or did you just start that on your own?

Thank you so true. I opened the Roth on my own, no association with my employer. I add to it after I receive my paycheck each time.
