Thank you for the detailed explanation. I am preparing for PMP exam and I have a question regarding 2nd principle of Agile Manifesto. It says: Agile welcomes change even late in development. I was wondering if these change requests go through/follow usual change management process that we talked about in 10 knowledge areas?
Hi Shilpa, that's a very good question. The whole idea behind Agile is to deliver smaller chunks of the project and identify changes so that if a change is required, it doesn't cause too much disruption. Even late in the project, several increments would have already been delivered and signed off so it is very unlikely that we discover a huge change at that point in time. The usual change mgmt process isn't something that agile projects follow 😊👍
