    Ingredients for coffee layer (咖啡层):
    2 tbsp agar-agar powder (燕菜粉)
    220g caster sugar (细砂糖)
    1350ml water(水)
    1 1/2 tbsp instant coffee powder (即溶咖啡粉)
    Ingredients for coconut milk layer (椰浆层):
    2 tbsp agar-agar powder (燕菜粉)
    220g caster sugar (细砂糖)
    850ml water (水)
    2 pandan leaves, knotted (2片班兰叶,打结)
    500ml thick coconut milk (浓椰浆)
    1/2 tsp salt (盐)
    typo in the video :
    **2 tbsp agar-agar powder = 20g
    2 汤匙燕菜粉 = 20克
    ** Can reduce sugar, if you don’t like sweet.
    ** 不喜欢吃甜的,可以自行减糖。

    Chua,ennelis ,iya,madam,agar agar ya sedap banget,apa lagi dimakan pada waktu musim panas ,enak betul ,anak saya pun suka banget saya udah coba banyak kali ,makasih ya atas resep ya ,terima kasih

    Katherine is your baking tin mould 12 x 8 x 3cm or inches. I thought it's too small in cm compared to your video. Also using 20g each of agar2 powder against 1350ml each of coffee water & coconut milk mixture would it not cause the texture turnout to be very hard. The agar2 powder i bought has this instruction - dissolve & boil 10g of agar2 powder into 1 litre (1000ml) of water & 250g sugar. Tks for sharing your recipie.

    Hi, may I know what brand of agar agar powder that you use ?? I made last time but always come out water easily. Don't know why. 🙄 thank you

      The agar-agar powder I got it at ingredient shop , is Jepan agar-agar

    Please mention about the perfect temperature of two layers ..I tried two layers set bt fell apart when I cut the pieces !!!!

      It'a happened to me also...so what I did was,after set the 1st layer in fridge take out and draw some line on with fork and add the 2 and layer...repeat the process...it will hold and won't apart.

      Draw some lines normally it’s does stick unless the layer is too thin

    菜燕粉需煮熱才能倒另一層
    可是如果熱不是會造成已經凝固的軟化互相溶解混在一起嗎?

      It does warm the layer underneath, and it melts a little bit. That is what sticks the layers together.
      The layers have to be thin so that they cool down quickly.
