Also using 20g each of agar2 powder against 1350ml each of coffee water & coconut milk mixture would it not cause the texture turnout to be very hard. The agar2 powder i bought has this instruction - dissolve & boil 10g of agar2 powder into 1 litre (1000ml) of water & 250g sugar. Tks for sharing your recipie.
It does warm the layer underneath, and it melts a little bit. That is what sticks the layers together. The layers have to be thin so that they cool down quickly.
It'a happened to me also...so what I did was,after set the 1st layer in fridge take out and draw some line on with fork and add the 2 and layer...repeat the process...it will hold and won't apart.

Draw some lines normally it’s does stick unless the layer is too thin
