Thanks for breakdown! Do landlords ask to see a bank statement ? If so, how much would they expect to see in order to allow you to sign the lease assuming its $1500 a month for rent?

Hey! I would partner with or consult with a photographer / videomaker to understand what it is they're looking for / what is missing in your area! & they'll also be able to tap into their network to promote the space
It has definitely served me well - people are able to get multiple looks within one space for music videos, campaigns, etc so it def boosts the convenience factor!

Yes they usually ask for 3 months of bank statements! I’m not sure of the exact amount but my guess would be $6K+/mo
Or a large amount in savings
