There are many ways to do that , you can get free domain on freedom , and I don't recommend that you can get .online for $1 but u still need a pro hosting to link to your domain it costs $2/mo with hostinger , hope that might help you

You can run wordpress locally on your pc without any hosting, search for running wordpress locally with xampp

Can't download the template because your own website is terrible currently. Only header and footer. Nothing in between. You have to manually click on a page in the header to load.
Hey, I don't want to degrade you but it seems you downloaded/copied the templates from somewhere and build a site with them. But even after that, your own site is just not good I would say. I don't want to use harsh words. Forgive me if my words hurt you.
