I'm pretty sure these are blue-headed parrots, not African grays. It's still lovely to hear the birds talk amongst themselves though :)

Yes, but in the same ambience ..

we have an African Grey, a Quaker Parrot, a Hahn's Macaw and a Goffin Cockatoo so we play sounds of each singing and they respond to their own kind every time. Beautiful singing other than the Goffin who likes to screak AAAK! AAAK! AAAK!

    • @WashweshnyW

That sounds like a lively and diverse flock of parrots you have! It's fascinating to witness how each parrot responds to the sounds of their own kind. African Greys, Quaker Parrots, Hahn's Macaws, and Goffin Cockatoos each have their unique vocalizations and behaviors, making for a symphony of sounds in your home. While the others engage in beautiful singing, it seems like your Goffin Cockatoo has a special talent for its distinct "AAAK! AAAK! AAAK!" squawks. It's these individual quirks and expressions that make each parrot's personality shine. Thank you for sharing your delightful experience, and may your home be filled with the joyous melodies and playful interactions of your feathered friends.

That's wonderful to hear! It's always great to see our feathered friends enjoying themselves and being entertained. Parrots, including Senegal parrots, are known for their love of music and sounds, so it's no surprise that your parrot enjoys listening to the sounds in the video. Keep up the good work of providing your parrot with entertainment and enrichment!

Mine doesn't even respond. Perhaps because we got him at 12 weeks, perhaps he doesn't understand any native 'gray' language. Lots of English, some Polish, and lots of bird noises from learning it due to the mockingbird that lived outside our house. But sadly, he doesn't seem to respond to other African gray sounds. I guess I understand; I have European heritage, but being born in America, only speak American English.
