Playa de Bocagrande is located in Cartagena and is popular for tourists as well as locals. Getting there is very easy as it is walkable from just about any part of Bocagrande and a 10 minute taxi ride from el centro or getsemaní. 🏖️

Just as in Playa Baru, there are many local vendors & masajistas selling goods and services. Make sure to negotiate all prices prior to agreeing to purchase anything. 👙

In general, this beach is a lot more relaxed than Playa Blanca Baru as there are more locals and it is closer to the city. The sand is a bit darker and the water is not as blue but it stills makes for a relaxing beach ambience to get some sun and enjoy your day. 🐚
