    サムライ茶人の面白い挑戦ですね。烏龍茶は萎凋がだいじと聞いています。搖青がいいらしい。わたしの場合、搖青しながら4、5時間萎凋させて、すごく香りのいいお茶になります。

    I bought a cheap sencha in a tea store and they have two. One cheap and one expensive. On the cheap one they recommend a about 90° and the expensive one about 70°. First i didn't understand but after your sencha video i understand it. Thank you❤
