Update: 33 Tiers is possible by cutting central crosspath and getting 105 FF to beat tier 3 by stalling r90 & 95 leads with geraldo glues (level up on 91 is nice since you can triple glue both rounds)
I ended up getting d54 on r112 lol
I also tried 005 FF but it ended up being a bit over a skull off so I dont think that would work.
