Hot-End broken, PLA everywhere - When 3D Printing goes really BAD [Elegoo Neptune 4 EN]

This unplanned video was created while working on a Halloween project when I wanted to print a component on the 3D printer. After several hours I checked the printer because it should have finished printing. What I then found left me speechless.
The 3D printer's print head was completely covered with PLA, a big error message, the printer stopped and could not be reactivated.
I'll show you what happened next in this video.
