The Mongoose is determined to kill, on the contrary Meerkats work as a team when the matter is a "Snake" . Contextually if the topic of thr video is about animals that are succesful against Cobras Mongoose is more qualified to feature than a Meerkat. If one is to talk about the fighting ability of your uncle, it is not appropriate to show some other member of your family instead of your uncle. Hope the video maker understands my point.
Actually, even smaller venomous snakes can kill the secretary bird, if bitten at the right place.So they're not totally immune against venom and King would be too much for them.
Fully grown king cobras are simply too large..that most animals avoid them..thankfully king cobras are snake eaters...but they occassionally prey on even monitor lizards.
They get toyed and beaten to death often by the kinds of Mustelids like Badgers and felines like Meerkats and mongoose, don't forget for Eagles, they are just sitting prey, even fully grown King Cobras aren't a threat to these Rulers of Sky.
I'd like to offer the 6th animal...The Boot-inator! It sleeps in closets and floors...is well equipped with thick hide for its terrain when hunting , and specializing in its favorite hunting method...STOMPING!
A full-grown King Cobra can stand several feet high. Not sure if the boot can get high enough to come crashing down on the King. Plus, it could strike before the boot can be raised, then lowered quickly enough on a snake with its hood raised several feet off the ground.

If it is Indian gray Mongoose - that mammal can and killing king cobras alone and himself. Either in the nature or in captivity as sport - Gray Mongoose defeats the King Cobra almost every time. Actually I have never seen King Cobra succeed to defeat Gray Mongoose. By the way, I have seen House cat defeat pretty big Cobra, about 10 kg., it was not King Cobra, and the House cat has no immunity as the Mongoose, but the cat is fast so much as the Mongoose is, it is bigger and surely can defeat King Cobra in range up to 10 kg. Cat used different tactic, avoiding snake attacks and punch back with paw strikes, or just hit her with pow strikes. After few attacks the Cobra was wounded around the neck, obviously lost coordination, became slow, very defensive, didnt hit back, started taking paw strikes without even try retaliation ......and the cat bite her behind the head and was over.
No there is no documented case of an Indian mongoose killing a fully grown king cobra, there is no documented video or even sightings of a mongoose killing a king cobra it generally goes after smaller species of cobras not King cobras,you not every snake with a hood should be considered a king cobra
And no the biggest of King cobras couldn't be hunted down by cats I don't think even a medium sized cobra would fall prey to a cat,there is documented case or video!! And cats can hunt snakes but they go after smaller snakes like small to medium rat snakes or milk snakes

A Green Anaconda fought a King Cobra. The Cobra Venom did end up canceling the Anaconda's Life Subscription but the huge constrictor's steel-like muscles crushed the life points out of the Cobra. As the Cobra's soul filed for unemployment first, I guess you could claim the Anaconda won the fight.
Although the venom of a cobra could kill an elephant under the right conditions, it is more likely that an elephant could simply give it a stomp and crush it if pissed off.
The elephant still would be bitten and die, so it would be mutually assured destruction (MAD) for both, but in the end benefits the king cobra as a species, as elephants that attack king cobras are eliminated from the gene pool and elephants who retreat from the king cobra and survive to breed increase.

I would delete the python from this list and replace it with a leopard. Leopards are very quick and wily. They know how to handle snakes, venomous and pythons. They attack and kill a wide range of prey. The King's strike is not all that quick. The leopard could, and would, easily jump out of the way of a King's strike. The leopard would have a pretty easy time with the King.

King cobras are invasive in my place . But they invaded in a wrong place. Those are habitats Serpent eagles , Civet cats, Leopard cats and a haven for Buttatawa and Butaan(Kind of Dragons similar to Komodo) plus Salvatori lizards are so common . Besides, King cobras are so clumsy and they could easily killed by a common house cat . We are more concerned about the fast moving endangered spitting cobras .

Honey badger, mongoose and pigs - the former is extremely resistant to poison while the latter two are resistant to it tho not as much, but could still take down one without too much difficulty from what i've seen

I met a king Cobra in a "Zoo" in Goa, it looked as thick as a drain pipe and was sat with its head raised about 3ft off the ground. The enclosure was surrounded by a 2ft wall with chicken wire around the top. XD

King cobras are invasive in my place . But they invaded in a wrong place. Those are habitats Serpent eagles , Civet cats, Leopard cats and a haven for Buttatawa and Butaan(Kind of Dragons similar to Komodo) plus Salvatori lizards are so common .
Besides, King cobras are so clumsy and they could easily killed by a common house cat .
We are more concerned about the fast moving endangered spitting cobras .

Many times king cobras will feed on pythons,as their name “ophiophagus” literally means snake eaters…so it is a very close fight with constrictors..
those are smaller species of pythons or juveniles, because i highly doubt a king cobra would look at an adult reticulated python and think "yea i can win that"
