    always liked the Canberra , quite a few preserved in UK . I love the long-wing B-57 . strange because US will generally choose home-produced planes ?

      No matter how good the US military is, the Canberra and Harrier are excellent aircraft, and if there is no good domestically produced aircraft, they will have no choice but to adopt them.

    Just looking at one at the USAF Armaments Museum. Sure is low to the ground. Wonder how they load the bomb bay?
