I was able to climb from 18th (I was scared of the T1 carnage, so I started in the pit lol) to 6th in the second split thanks to this guide 😁😁 I made up LOADS of time in the first and last turns because of your instructions on them. Thanks so much! I'll def be tuning in every week
Sorry, tried to make it clear, if you struggling just upshift before the corner. You can practice it on the straight, when flatout, hold the upshift, then just lift your foot off the gas for a second and the car will go up a gear. Dont worry about it to much, doubtful you will lose any time
@@benevs The skippy has a dog box/sequential gearbox like a motorcycle. You can upshift (and down) all the time without using the clutch, just blip the throttle to ease the load on the transmission. The only time you need the clutch is at the start. Great guide, I did some practice laps yesterday and did mid 03s. Hope to use some of your lines to get at least in the 02s. @@Hwy929 Yes but there's no difference in speed between using clutch or blipping, apart from in this 1 case at this corner. I tend to use a mix of both depending on the situation. Thanks mate :)
