I hope you enjoy this 60 minute virtual run down up the local 'pineapple track'. We are in the depths of winter and there are no pineapples to be seen. It was so windy on top that the audio was terrible so I have put music over the top instead of ambient audio. Unfortunately we also lost charge in the camera just on 1 hour. Anyway, I hope you enjoy this virtual run.

I am probably the only person in beautiful Colorado to run on a treadmill most days of the week (because of work). Anyway, I have a bunch of faves, but this video is one of my top 3. For some reason the wind in the brush makes it feel refreshing. Also, it's funny, because when you go uphill, it feels "harder" for me. BTW: I watched other people's videos a few times and felt nauseated. You are the BEST and I appreciate you holding that Go Pro - that's hard! You're the only person I'll "run with," and I run 5 miles, 7 days a week! 2 of those days are outside. :)
i would also like to add that i have my faves - but i always run to your new ones that are at least 43 mins (that's how long it takes me). just expressing more gratitude here, because, while i'd rather be running outside, you make the treadmill fly by. i know portobello road like the back of my hand, every sheep that runs away in the fields, the beaches, lakes, mountain bridges, the three dogs by that farm, the seals, the puddles you jump over, etc. - running is all mind over matter, and your account is awesome! i love telling my family and friends that i was just running in NZ again...

Really enjoyed the sites and sounds today watching this while on my treadmill. Good to know you're not the only human on South Island (see minute 50 in the video). Are the trails there always so deserted? What would say your average pace is for a run like this?
