This is a longer virtual run on a route similar to one I've posted already, but this has ambient sounds without music and is filmed at 4K, 60 frames per second. I Hope you enjoy! I'm enjoying the quality of the new GoPro Hero 9. What do you think? Thanks for watching!

Another amazing run! Love this spot. Saved all your videos from this spot, and along Alan's beach. The two sheep on the wrong side of the fence, man, can they run when when they want to ! Cows were so cute - if you walked, they stopped to check you out, if you ran, they ran the other way! 🤣 LOVE the windswept trees , bent right over! Beautiful scenery! My treadmill doesn't have incline, so to compensate, I slow my treadmill down just a tiny bit when you're going uphill, and speed it up a little when you are going downhill. I wish my treadmill was in Kilometers but its US made the speed is in MP/H...when you are on level ground I keep it at 4MP/H Thank you again for another spectacular run alongside an amazing view! 😊
I started running three years ago and it got me through the first two(!) lockdowns in the U.K. I then proceeded to strain my ankle and I’ve had recurring issues for the last 5 months resulting in me making max 1 run outside a week. I’ve had to rely on a rowing machine which is SO boring in comparison. Your running videos are keeping me sane, The first one I watched I was genuinely smiling! I didn’t realise how much I missed exploring on a run. Thankyou so much you’re making a difference.

Thank you for your videos. You get me though the winter months. I just can't make myself run outside with the temp below 30 f and 6 Inches of snow anymore. Guess I turned In to a wimp when i turned 65 a few years ago. You run on exactly the type of roads I love to run on. Been running to your videos for 3 years

Loving your videos for the scenery and because I can pace myself to your steps - plus the distance is displayed! I run on the spot rather than on a treadmill so the distance info enables me to calibrate my run when I finish. Thank you!
