Quite personally, I like how in this interpretation they took a slow start and then sped it up. It has an epic feel to it, in comparison to the original tempo, which started fast and then slowed down.
OMG this is so fast to me!!! i sang this my sophomore year and we took it a little slower. not saying it was better, this one is just very different than i'm used to. you guys sound beautiful!!! this song is so powerful.
This would go perfectly with the Castlevania show on Netflix. I can imagine it being played during the town scene where Trevor is saved by Syphor in the 2nd or 3rd episode
honestly felt too much vibrato from the soprano ones on High A and up. It made what was supposed to be a smooth line a bit fuzzy and out of focus. I'm a high soprano, and I've done this piece before, so hearing heavy vibrato on those high notes made me squirm
@@emmettmcnally740 yeah I’m doing the high soprano 1 part for this and it should be flowy in my opinion and not operatic and I have yet to find a version of this where I truly enjoy the soprano 1 part
