And checking in at the ferry port was fun and interesting. And your lunch choice of the simmered pork belly looked delicious. So glad you made it on time to board the ferry after getting a bit lost.🤭 The ferry itself was beautiful inside and out. And the Sato Island Gold Mine and history tour was fun and amazing. And how cool that you came across one of your subscribers at the hot springs bath. And what a delicious dinner and dessert. Sado Island Special Seafood Don and chocolategold coins. Special meal for a special occasion. And the morning views was breathtaking! So beautiful like a painting. And the trip back home was exciting as well. This man has a deep connection to and appreciation of great food. The only part I would customize is a fishing rod and a few hours to enjoy the incoming tide. Absolutely beautiful views and a wonderful trip, all done from the comfort of that well-cared-for "antique" car. Truly, a few days refreshing for the soul.

旅家さんこんばんわ！初めてコメントさせていただきます。前回のキャンピングカーをご覧になる場面、私もワクワクしながら拝見しました。走る豪華なお部屋なんだなあ・・でも宝くじが当たらないと買えないなあ・・・なんて思いながら楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。軽トラの荷台に家を手作りして旅をなさっている旅家さんと一緒に旅をしているような気分になります。主婦はなかなか出かけられないのでありがたいです。
今回の旅では、滅多に乗ることのないフェリーと多分一生行くことのない佐渡の金山が印象的でした。松尾芭蕉の言葉や詩のような文章が素晴らしい景色と相まって心に残る素敵な旅になりました。ありがとうございました。
これからも体に気をつけて楽しい旅に連れていってくださいね。

新潟は亡き父の故郷、父は上京以来ずっと東京暮らしで、娘の私は新潟にはあまり訪れたことはなく…コロナ禍が落ち着いたら、行く約束をしていましたが、父は急病により急逝し、叶わぬ約束になってしまいました😢
父が故郷で見た海を、遠くで見ていた佐渡を、旅家さんが父の代わりに連れて来てくれて見せてくれた気がして、朝日のシーンで想いが溢れて涙が出ました🥺
