Ah yes! The cleaning of the table. It’s like a ritual. It’s great to know I’m not alone in this sentiment. I look forward to it each video. I thought I was weird for liking that part. I think it’s the routine of it. It’s very comforting. (I also never thought to give thanks before and after my meals, but I am working on adding that to my daily meals. We can never be too grateful.

本当に川の流れる音には癒やされます。いつも寝る前に見ることが多いのですが、つい、最後まで見ないうちに寝落ちしてしまうことも。これからの季節はだんだん暑さ対策が大変そう。冬の寒さも厳しいですが、家の中を涼しくする方がもっと大変そうな気がします。どうか体調には気をつけて小さな旅を続けて下さい。
